Over this summer, I'll be looking at various data platforms, including Snowflake, Databricks, Palantir, MongoDB, Elastic, and, of course, the hyperscalers. Some of these are seeing clear signs of AI tailwinds, while others continue to have consumption wax and wane.
Today, let's first focus on Snowflake. Right after Snowflake announced Q125 in May, it had a major data exfiltration attack unfolded against its customers – and then had to go into its annual Summit conference as it was still being investigated.
